学科发展与学生培养:

1,建设世界一流芭蕾舞学科。

 

2,形成芭蕾舞教育和科研的国际学术交流中心。

 


3,研编和实践中国芭蕾舞教学法。

 

 

4,采用规范严谨的古典芭蕾训练体系,加强现当代芭蕾舞教学和研究,提高中国气派芭蕾舞剧目的排演力度,帮助学生具备熟练表演古典芭蕾、现当代芭蕾和中国民族芭蕾舞剧目的能力。

 

5,对世界各大芭蕾学派开展更系统的研究,对芭蕾艺术开展多角度多领域研究。

 

 

6,继续聘请世界芭蕾大师们直接进入课堂讲学授课,为师生实时体验和学习当今世界芭蕾最前沿艺术提供条件。

 

 

7,充分研究和总结近几年学生贯穿四年参加舞台表演和“2加2”班(与中芭联合培养的表演实验班)的经验,大幅度增加学生的表演实践时间。

 

 

 

8,推进“创意工作坊”与聘请世界大师来校排演剧目,提高学生们的综合能力及加深对芭蕾艺术更完整和深入的理解。

 

 

9,发挥担任重要芭蕾表演团体艺术领导职务的客座教授们的优势,定期安排客座教授和师生们的研讨和交流,帮助学生与用人单位建立密切通畅的联系。

 

 

10,教书育人并举,注重学生品德和自身素质的培养,帮助学生树立正确的人生观价值观。

 

 

11,与世界芭蕾艺术教学和表演机构互相学习,共同创造更好的培养学生的方式和条件。

 

 

 

1. Establish world-class ballet discipline.

 

2. Create an international academic exchange center for ballet education and scientific research

 

3. Research teaching methods related to teaching ballet emphasizing Chinese ideas and put into practice this research.

 

4. Enable students to perform classical ballet, contemporary ballet, and Chinese ballet proficiently and develop high standards in alll.

 

5.Conduct systematic research on ballet schools all over the world and engage in research on all facets of the art of ballet.

 

6.Continue to engage ballet masters from all over the world to teach students and give lectures, so that all students and teachers will experience and learn the most important developments in ballet today. 

 

7.Research and summarize student experiences in the "2 plus 2" class, which is a pilot program in ballet performances in partnership with the National Ballet of China. This has been ongoing for the past four years and is designed to increase the amount of time students practice and perform ballet. 

 

8.Promote "Ballet Workshop" experiences, which involves engaging world masters to develop and rehearse special ballet programs, designed to increase their skill and understanding. 

 

9. Bring in guest professor who direct ballet performance groups internationally, and arrange discussions and exchanges with students and teachers.

 

10.Emphasize teaching the "whole" student, so that they can develop correct values and positive life attitudes. 

 

11. Develop international exchanges with international teaching and performance institutions to create better methods and conditions for student development.
